Tim Dive honed his advisory skillset over the past 16 years, through extensive experience across operational and people orientated roles. Tim commenced his career in the recruitment sector, and later pivoted into industrial relations, ultimately undertaking internal positions with BHP & Santos. Tim has successfully managed Union relationships across mining, oil and gas, engineering and construction operations, navigated HR & employment law disputes, and ultimately developed a speciality in managing higher risk cases and executing major changes to workforces via restructures and organisation design. Tim has gone on to advise small to large organisations in many sectors, and created a service facilitating career transition counselling for senior and corporate executives.

Tim noted that whilst it is still important to promote the fundamental value proposition of your business, he recommends focussing on what you’re already good at rather than what you’re working towards.

We are excited to announce that HabitatHQ has recently embedded a new meeting room hire software to simplify and streamline bookings. The software boasts; single sign on (so you don't need another account), booking via map or calendar view, automatic calendar invites, and adjoining room bookings. Check out the hiring guide below.

Meeting Room Hire Guide

1. Open the 'Meetings Room' tab located in the site banner, and then click 'Book now'.

2. View meeting room availability via Map or Calendar view and select your booking date, noting Map view does not have to display a green icon for a booking slot to be available. Select your desired slot and click book (your details will remain private).

3. Enter your booking details into the template as per below and proceed to payment. Please note, editing your calendar invite will not change the booking slot, all booking changes must be made through the online booking system.

4. Once your booking is placed, you will receive email confirmation that includes details on how to setup your account for future bookings. Alternatively, you can log-in with an existing, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter or Apple Account for a faster sign-up.
