Experience Share – ‘Loving the Grind’

Lindsay is an avid listener of the ‘High Performance Podcast’, and strongly resonates with the Eddie Jones episode that delves into ‘loving the grind’ (https://spoti.fi/3xzQHfS).

Lindsay has extrapolated this learning to his sales force, where they practice mastering the basics and adhering to them religiously. This instils a sense of passion in their work, as they acknowledge continuous learning, training and repetition is the path to facilitating a positive customer journey. Lindsay likened their repetition to a tennis player hitting thousands of shots to perfect forehand, enabling them to execute with muscle memory. Further, ‘loving the grind’ ultimately empowers his team to provide the highest level of customer service by abiding proven sales and solution engineering techniques, ensuring customer solutions are relevant and provide measurable value to their business.
